What ready2order costs
ready2order lists all prices excluding VAT. For restaurants with tables, ready2order writes: “for table service, also choose our gastro package”.

The POS activation of €99 comes on top once. Optional: cash book €13.90, digital receipt €7.90 a month, online training €199 or setup €349 one-off. According to the help center, the direct DATEV export is a paid add-on.
What the gastro package includes
According to the pricing page: floor plan and table management, sending orders to kitchen and bar, sides and menu courses, split bills and happy hour. Tickets for kitchen and bar require the gastro package.
TSE, offline and card payment
- TSE: cloud-based via fiskaly, €15.90 a month for any number of devices. According to the terms, the TSE package runs for twelve months.
- Offline: According to the terms there is a limited offline mode in which “no transactions can be signed”.
- Card payment: readyPay with partner hobex at 1.23 % per payment with no base fee, on ready2order devices. Alternatively a SumUp Solo via Bluetooth at 1.39 %.
Hardware
According to the vendor, ready2order runs on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, so also on your own devices. ready2order’s own devices (net): readyTab €649, with station €799, readyMini €279, readyGo 2 €389, Epson TM-m30II receipt printer €269.
Contract
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. The yearly plan renews automatically for a year and can be cancelled up to one month before it ends. There is a seven-day trial.
