The month-end closing supports payroll preparation. The final payroll is still handled by your payroll office.

How are tips distributed?
Tips from card payments go into a pool. For example: €880 in tips over 440 working hours equals €2 per hour. Someone who worked 120 hours receives €240 – shown individually in the month-end closing. You decide who takes part in the staff file.
Do staff need their own account?
Each person receives an invitation by email or QR code and signs in to the staff app. For the time clock on the tablet, the PIN is enough.
What does the module cost with 20 staff?
€79.99 per month per venue, excluding VAT – whether you have five, 20 or more staff.
Can I print or share the plan?
Yes. The weekly plan can be printed and subscribed to as a calendar. Everyone sees published shifts in the app.
